A 50-acre private static caravan park, owned and run by the same family for over half a century.

Situated on the Suffolk Heritage Coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty, we are a unique and tranquil park, located between Southwold and Aldeburgh, in the heart of beautiful and varied countryside, with private access to Dunwich’s famous beach. Click photos to enlarge.

We are surrounded by mature woodland and a stone’s throw away from the RSPB Minsmere bird reserve and the stunning National Trust heathland.

Our site is perfect for those people who love the countryside and nature, along with relaxing in a beautiful location. We strive to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Please note: Dunwich Cliffs Estate is a private site for owners of static caravans which are not available for hire or rent. We do not have facilities for touring caravans, campervans or tents.

The park has been awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for its conservation work since 2011, plus many special distinction awards.
