When you join us at Dunwich Cliffs Estate you will be sent a Welcome Pack with all the information that you need.

The three main documents, the Licence Agreement, the Purchase Agreement and the Park Rules can all be viewed here.

You will also be required to complete the Annual Tenants Details Form every year.
